fa عوامل موثر بر تحقیق و توسعه و نقش مراکز تحقیقاتی با تاکید بر مقایسه موسسات ایران و دنیا Factors affectingresearch and development and the role of research centers with a focus on comparing Iranian and other world institutions سایر موارد Others... مروری-با دعوت سردبیر Review Article -by invitation مؤسسات پژوهشی در آغاز قرن بیستم ظهور کردند. این مؤسسات کار خود را به‌طور مستقل و به دور از خدمات عمومی و نظارت دولتی انجام می‌دادند. مانند موسسه، راکفلر، موسسه کارنگی واشنگتن و موسسه مطالعات پیشرفته که در ایالت متحده پدید آمدند. تا سال 2006، بیش از 14000 مرکز پژوهشی در ایالات متحده وجود داشت. موسسه ملی سلامت در ایالات متحده، انجمن ماکس پلانک آلمان، موسسه بین المللی تحقیقات برنج  فیلیپین، آزمایشگاه بیولوژی مولکولی اروپا و موسسه ملی سرطان از مؤسسات پژوهشی در سطح جهانی هستند. تاریخچه مراکز تحقیقاتی در ایران به اوایل قرن بیستم بازمی‌گردد، زمانی که اولین انجمن‌های علمی در شهرهای بزرگی مانند تهران، اصفهان و شیراز تأسیس شدند .یکی از برجسته‌ترین مراکز تحقیقاتی ایران، موسسه تحقیقات علوم بنیادی است که در سال 1368 در تهران تأسیس شد. یکی دیگر از مراکز تحقیقاتی مهم در ایران مؤسسه ملی تحقیقات پزشکی است که در سال 1378 در تهران تأسیس شد. مراکز تحقیقات، سهم قابل توجهی در دانش علمی، پیشبرد نوآوری و مقابله با چالش های جهانی داشتهاند و همچنان نقش مهمی در پیشبرد تحقیقات علمی و آموزش ایفا میکنند. این مراکز با انجام تحقیقات، ترویج آموزش علمی و انتشار دانش در میان دانشمندان به نوآوری کمک میکنند و به چالش های جهانی می پردازند. نقش و وظایف مراکز تحقیقاتی بسته به تمرکز و مأموریت آنها می تواند بسیار متفاوت باشد. برخی از مراکز تحقیقاتی به تحقیقات علمی پایه اختصاص دارند، درحالیکه برخی دیگر بر تحقیقات کاربردی با کاربردهای عملی تمرکز دارند. بسیاری از مراکز تحقیقاتی وابسته به دانشگاهها یا سایر مؤسسات دانشگاهی هستند، درحالیکه برخی دیگر سازمانهای مستقل هستند. وظایف مراکز تحقیقاتی ممکن است شامل انجام تحقیقات، انتشار دانش ازطریق نشریات و کنفرانس‌ها، ارائه آموزش و آموزش به محققان و دانشجویان، همکاری با صنعت و سایر سازمان‌ها و مشارکت در فرآیندهای سیاست‌گذاری و تصمیم‌گیری باشد. اهداف و مقاصد خاص یک مرکز تحقیقاتی به تمرکز و مأموریت آن و همچنین نیازها و اولویتهای جامعهای که به آن خدمت میکند بستگی دارد. بر آن هستیم مراکز تحقیقات ایران را از نظر شاخصهای مالی، نیروی انسانی و عملکرد با سایر مراکز تحقیقاتی در سطح دنیا مقایسه کنیم. Research institutions emerged at the beginning of the 20th century. These institutions did their work independently and far from public services and government supervision. Such as the Rockefeller Institute, the Carnegie Institution of Washington and the Institute for Advanced Studies that emerged in the United States. As of 2006, there were more than 14,000 research centers in the United States. The National Institutes of Health in the United States, the Max Planck Instituteof Germany, the International Rice Research Institute of the Philippines, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory of Germany, and the National Cancer Institute are some of the world-class research institutions. The history of research centers in Iran dates back to the early 20th century, when the first scientific associations were established in major cities such as Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz. One of the most prominent research centers in Iran is the Institute of Basic Sciences, which was established in Tehran in1368. Another important research center in Iran is the National Institute of Medical Research, which was established in Tehran in1378. Research centers have made a significant contribution to scientific knowledge, promoting innovation and dealing with global challenges, and they continue to play an important role in advancing scientific research and education. These centers contribute to innovation and address global challenges by conducting research, promoting scientific education and spreading knowledge among scientists. The role and duties of research centers can be very different depending on their focus and mission. Some research centers are dedicated to basic scientific research, while others focus on applied research with practical applications. Many research centers are affiliated with universities or other academic institutions, while others are independent organizations. The functions of research centers may include conducting research, disseminating knowledge through publications and conferences, providing education and training to researchers and students, collaborating with industry and other organizations, and participating in policy and decision-making processes. The specific goals and objectives of a research center depend on its focus and mission, as well as the needs and priorities of the community it serves.
